Knitting I
-
Learn the basics – knit, purl, cast on and bind off in a fun and patient
atmosphere. We’ll make a useful dishcloth as well as some sampler pieces.

Knitting II
– for knitters who know how to knit and purl. We’ll explore pattern
reading and pattern stitches, learning additional techniques as we go.
Choose from 2 or 3 easy projects. Please come in and select project in

Guided Knitting –
Do
you have a pattern you’d like to knit but want an experienced knitter
by your side? You pick the pattern, I provide the experience.

Toe-Up Sock Techniques –
Knit a pair of socks from the bottom up using
the magic loop technique – one long circular needle! Previous
sock experience required. Please select yarn in advance and bring swatch to

My First Socks –
Do you
wonder why knitters love making socks?
Make a pair of basic top down socks in worsted weight using
double points or magic loop. If you’ve not used double points before,
see the Intro to Double Points technique class below.
